The Peter Jones Foundation's Inaugural Race for Enterprise Hits the Fast Track and Raises 120K for Young Entrepreneurs

The Peter Jones Foundation held an exhilarating day of motorsport at the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit on Wednesday 25th September. The historic two-and-a-half-mile track is renowned for being one of the most challenging courses in the UK, provided an unforgettable experience for attendees. Guests had the chance to test their driving skills on the famously long and demanding track, enjoying the excitement of high-speed racing in luxury high-performance cars.

The Race for Enterprise brought together VIP guests, business leaders, and stars from TV and sport. Those in attendance included Rick Parfitt Jnr, former motorsport championship driver and member of the RPJ Band, Nicki Shields, television presenter and motorsport commentator, Jenny Campbell, entrepreneur and former Dragon on the BBC hit series Dragon’s Den. We were also pleased to have Touker Suleyman, entrepreneur and Dragon on the BBC hit series Dragon’s Den and Jodie Kidd, British fashion model and television personality.

The 120K raised will directly support the Foundation’s mission to empower young people across the UK through enterprise education. Key programmes include the Foundation’s National Entrepreneur of the Year competition which allows successful applicants to pitch their business ideas directly to Peter Jones CBE with the winner receiving a £5,000 to invest in their business.

Peter Jones CBE, Chairman of the Peter Jones Foundation said:

“I am deeply thankful to all our guests for their steadfast support of the Foundation.
