MEET OUR YOUTH PANEL

NICK HENNIGAN

Youth Panel Chair

Nick is a founding member of the Youth Panel who has a zeal for business, as highlighted through being a finalist for The Adecco Group’s CEO for One Month 2022 in the UK and Ireland.

As the Chair of the Youth Panel, Nick is passionate about unleashing the entrepreneurial potential of young people across the UK through the provision of stimulating and equitable opportunities. Nick works closely with the Foundation’s Management and Board of Trustees to ensure its strategic direction is representative of the values, ambition and talents of the young people the Foundation seeks to support.

ANAUM FAROOQ

Anaum has worked as a young strategist at Reluctantly Brave. She is passionate for all young people to have the opportunity to learn about enterprise and develop their skills to their full potential.

SIENNA SANTER

Sienna Santer is a content creator and entrepreneur with an audience of over 800,000 followers across her social media platforms. She has been featured in a series of Business Insider articles for discussing the economics behind influencer marketing and running a business as a creator. She has worked with top companies such as Google, Amazon, and Bumble, and is an expert on brands and creating innovative content to market to Gen Z consumers.

An avid believer in pursuing your passion and rejecting the status quo, she wants to serve as a role model for young people and equip them with the tools to find their purpose in life. Sienna is excited to take her experience as a creator running her own business and apply it to her work alongside other leaders on the Youth Panel.

DUJANA NASIR

Dujana is a Peter Jones Academy alumni. He is an entrepreneur with three businesses, one which is focused on providing opportunities for young people around around the world. He is passionate about helping young people especially young people from underrepresented and underserved communities.

HASSAN IQBAL

Hassan is a Peter Jones Enterprise Academy alumni. He started his first business when he was 13 and is now founder of Creative Pixels, a creative media agency.

SANA AMIN

Sana is a social impact leader who is passionate about the power of social enterprise. She has successfully awarded over £200,000 in grant funding to community projects that support wellbeing across the UK.

HARRY DAYMOND

Harry Daymond is a highly accomplished young entrepreneur who established his first start-up at the age of 15. He has received numerous awards, including the Young Start-Up Talent award, and has been recognised in the TransferWise 20 Under 20 and Ernst & Young Founders 30 lists.

He is a seasoned speaker and has shared his experiences and insights at conferences throughout Europe, as well as serving as a judge for various entrepreneurship competitions. His current venture, The Cocktail Connoisseurs, aims to disrupt the cocktail industry and bring the cocktail experience to everyone at home.

JOANA BAPTISTA

Joana is a multi-award winning social entrepreneur, public speaker, activist and founder of She., an organisation that reverses taught prejudice by re- writing classic fairy tales.

MELVIN RILEY

Melvin Riley is a BA Economics and politics student. For the past 8 years, he has been a strong advocate for race equality, youth representation, mental health and entrepreneurship

A voice for young people tackling some of the biggest socio-economic challenges facing society by campaigning, implementing, and influencing policy. He has led and been part of campaigns on mental health, youth entrepreneurship, knife crime and more. He is currently running a national campaign he Co-founded called NOT so Micro.  Melvin is also the founder of start-up Atls•Blk, it’s the first of its kind social media app for black heritage students.
