BUSINESSES

Collaboration with businesses is at the heart of what we do. We work with organisations of all sizes and take a bespoke approach, looking to find the sweet spot where the needs of our beneficiaries meet CSR and ESG priorities.

  • Event Support

We rely on fundraising events to raise the contributions needed to support our network of over 780 education providers across the UK. Typically we host a Clay Pigeon Shooting event, a Golf Day and a Day of Track Racing. If you are interested in attending one of these events or supporting by way of donating an auction prize, we would love to hear from you.

  • Invest in Our Pioneering Programmes

Our flagship programmes, including the Tycoon Enterprise Competition and our Empower Alumni Programme, engage thousands of students each year, focusing on those at the greatest disadvantage. These programmes can provide a unique platform for organisations who share our passion for supporting the enterprise and entrepreneurship education of young people, to engage with the next generation of business leaders whilst also meeting employee engagement and recruitment needs.

  • Skills Badges

Each year we look for organisations to sponsor our 8 skills badges. Through these awards, we recognise a learner’s progress against each of the 8 essential skills in our impact framework. Skills Badges offer a fantastic opportunity for an organisation with an expertise or affinity in one of these areas to be at the heart of our programmes, making a positive impact on the employability of young people across the UK.

  • Volunteering

As an individual or as part of a team you can support our face-to-face initiatives in schools across the UK. There are many ways to get involved, such as Business Surgeries and Day In The Life talks that take place every term. There are also opportunities to get involved virtually in the form of world-class mentoring, career workshops and idea generation sessions

  • Enterprise Challenges

One way in which we engage our students is by challenging them to complete tasks based in the real world of work. From solving supply chain issues, to developing a new Gen Z marketing campaign. You can insert your brand into our curriculum, inspire the next generation of business leaders and link learning to earning.

  • We’re Open to Ideas

We’re open to hearing about other ways to work together, whether through strategic partnerships or special projects. If you are an individual, charity, social enterprise or cooperation passionate about improving the socio-economic outcomes for young people by equipping them with the enterprise skills that will improve their life chances, we’d love to hear from you.
