The Peter Jones Foundation’s 20th Anniversary Charity Golf Fundraiser Raises £100K
For two decades, the Peter Jones Foundation has proudly championed young people’s entrepreneurial dreams. Since our inception, the Foundation has empowered thousands through start-up funding for aspiring entrepreneurs, national enterprise competitions, and the launch of Home Academy, a digital platform designed for students in elective home education.
This enduring impact is made possible through the generous support of our community which is why we are grateful to announce the success of our annual Charity Golf fundraiser, held on Thursday 24th April 2025. Held at the prestigious Foxhills Golf Club and Resort, for a second year, our guests were thrilled to return for a fantastic day of golf.
The event welcomed an incredible turnout of charity partners, sponsors, and distinguished guests. We’re grateful for the attendance and support of John Terry, former captain of Chelsea, England, and Aston Villa; Harry Redknapp, former English football manager and player; Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy, members of the musical duo Boyzlife and former Chelsea midfielder, Jody Morris.
Guests started the day with a morning session of golf on Foxhill’s Longcross course, which is frequently ranked one of the top golf courses in England. This was followed by a three-course lunch where guests heard from Louis Bollard, a Peter Jones Enterprise Academy (PJEA) alumni and founder of Elevate Pitch Decks; a start-up consultancy for entrepreneurs wishing to grow their start-ups. Louis shared how his PJEA experience kick-started his journey and led him to be the entrepreneur he is today.
£100K was raised at this year’s Charity Golf Day and will go towards delivering educational programmes across the UK, as well as supporting under-served communities to gain opportunities for employment or self-employment.

I believe in young people, their ingenuity, creativity, and resilience and through my Foundation, want to empower them with the tools to pursue their dreams. Now and 20 years into the future, the Peter Jones Foundation will continue to improve lives through enterprise.”

On 1st July 2005, Peter Jones CBE launched the Peter Jones Foundation with the mission to cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurs. 20 years later, we are proud to celebrate this momentous milestone on 1st July 2025 at our Charity Shoot Day, taking place at Holland & Holland.
