The Enterprise Golf Challenge 2014


On Wednesday 17th September, Peter Jones CBE hosted his annual Enterprise Golf Challenge raising approximately £45,000 for The Peter Jones Foundation. Guests at the event included Bradley Walsh, Vernon Kay, Brian McFadden and Chris Hollins, as well as other celebrities and influential individuals from the world of business, who battled it out on the picturesque 18 hole golf course to be crowned Top Golfer.

The competition was held at the exclusive members-only Bearwood Lakes Golf Club, and the day started with a captivating trick shot show by professional golfer Dean Davis, followed by a live auction hosted by well known auctioneer Edward Rising. There was a plethora of wonderful prizes this year, including an exclusive framed etching by Salvador Dali, a luxury cruising mini break in Turkey and lunch with the Dragons with time to watch live pitches on the set of Dragons’ Den.

Peter Jones CBE, Founder of the Peter Jones Foundation said: “The annual Golf Challenge is a fantastic opportunity for us to raise vital funds for the Peter Jones Foundation. Each year the Golf Challenge gets better and better and we raise a significant amount of money to help young people across the country have the chance of a brighter future.Next year is our tenth anniversary and we are focused on making this event our biggest one yet!
