A host of stars including Holly Willoughby, Peter Jones, Frank and Christine Lampard, Leigh Francis and Tej Lalvani were on hand to support TV presenter Phillip Schofield as he hosted a Clay Pigeon Shoot on Friday, raising £120,000 for the Peter Jones Foundation and Shooting Star Chase children’s hospice.
Our founder, Peter Jones CBE, said “I would like to wish good luck to all those collecting their GCSE results today – I hope that you get the grades that you deserve.
“As much as results day is about celebration, it’s also about decision making. I launched the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy in 2009 to give young entrepreneurs the skills and opportunities to pursue a worthwhile and rewarding career and it is more important than ever that we inspire our young people to dream big about their future.
My name is Melanie Mays-Tanton and I graduated from the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy (PJEA) in 2014, at the Sheffield City College campus. I studied the intensive one-year extended diploma (level 3) in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship which has been one of them most exciting years of my life.
Hundreds of students from Peter Jones Enterprise Academies across the country came together to celebrate their graduation at a special ceremony held at Freemasons’ Hall in London.
